At PTW, we're looking for an Office Coordinator, Administrator who is organized, proactive, and ready to build their career in construction project coordination. If you enjoy keeping things organized, solving problems, supporting a team, and making sure the details don't fall through the cracks, this is an opportunity to become an important part of our project team.
Based in Nisku, you'll support multiple construction projects and work alongside Project Managers, field teams, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to help keep information flowing, documentation accurate, and projects moving forward.
This is more than an administrative role. It's an opportunity to learn the construction business, gain hands-on project experience, and build a foundation for a long-term career in project coordination.
What You'll Do
As part of the project team, you'll help keep day-to-day operations organized and moving forward by:

Providing administrative and coordination support across multiple construction projects.

Maintaining accurate project documentation, records, and files.

Assisting with project reports, correspondence, travel arrangements, and tracking.

Supporting Project Managers and construction teams with day-to-day administrative needs.

Assisting with scheduling and coordinating project activities.

Tracking project information, deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups.

Communicating with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and other project stakeholders.

Assisting with purchase orders, invoices, timesheets, and other project administration.

Helping ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Following up on outstanding information and helping keep tasks moving.

Supporting project teams with general office coordination and administrative requirements.

Taking on new projects and responsibilities as you develop your skills.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, eager to learn, and takes pride in being the person others can count on.
You'll be successful if you have:

1–2 years of experience in administration, office coordination, project coordination, construction administration, or a related role.

Previous experience in construction, industrial, manufacturing, or oil & gas is an asset.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

A proactive mindset and willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.

The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.

Strong follow-up skills and the ability to keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines.

A desire to learn and grow within the construction industry.

A positive, professional approach and the ability to build strong working relationships.
