Area Administrator – Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta
PTW is a leading provider of industrial and commercial construction and maintenance services. We are currently seeking an Area Administrator to join our Fort Saskatchewan team and play an important role in supporting the day-to-day success of our branch and project operations.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys a varied role and wants to be more than just the person behind the desk. You’ll work closely with branch and project teams while gaining exposure to accounting, payroll, project administration, and industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain documentation, including site-specific correspondence, project records, and administrative files.

Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely, professional, and helpful manner.

Provide project and site accounting support, including:

Ensure timesheets and payroll updates are completed accurately and on a daily basis.

Identify and assist with resolving payroll-related issues and discrepancies.

Prepare and manage shipping and courier documentation.

Coordinate the receipt, review, and processing of submittals from subcontractors and vendors.

Support general office administration, including office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.

Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation meets company and project requirements.

Support branch and project teams with additional administrative and coordination duties as required.
Qualifications
-
3+ years of experience in administration, branch administration, office administration, or a similar support role.

Experience with basic accounting principles and processes, including AP and AR.

Experience supporting payroll, timesheets, or payroll-related administration.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Previous experience in construction, industrial, oil & gas, or a related environment is considered an asset.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
